Muller Mixer

The Muller Mixer machine is used for thoroughly mixing the various ingredients like Coke Breeze, Fire Clay, Hard Pitch Refractory Brick etc. for the use of Refractory. The machine is suitable for mixing basic refractory powder of grain size 10 - 15mm. with moisture contain upto 10 -15%.

BASE  FRAME                                :   The muller  is assembled  on a heavy duty channel base Frame made of  M.S. Channel with M.S. Pads properly machined.

ROLLERS                                        :   Graded  Cast Iron, fitted  with C.I. Tyre and Tapper Roller Bearings. 

MIXING TABLE                             :    M.S. Plate construction   of  with  suitable linings  rests  on  4 legs.  Both  Base  Frame and    Vertical  Column  are  bolted  together  and  Pan Base is also bolted with Vertical Columns.

VERTICAL  COLUMNS               :    4 Nos. vertical  columns,  made  of  M.S. Channel with M.S. plate which are properly machined. 

PAN                                                   :    Pan dia is 2100mm. Bottom Pan is of thick M.S. plate and Pan  made of M.S. Plate.

LINING  FOR  PAN                        :    Made of M.S. plate.

LINING FOR PAN BASE               :   Made of M.S. plate.        

VARIABLE ROLLER PRESSURE  :   Rollers are spring loaded to provided a range of variable mulling pressures.    

PLOWS                                             :   Plows are M.S. plate with hard faced.

WATER SPRAYING  SYSTEM     :   The  machine  is provided  with  the water spraying system  with perforated  M.S. Pipe line and Control valve, if required by you.

LUBRICATION                               :   All  bearings  are  provided with individual greased nipples for daily lubrication.

DUST & FUME ESTRACTION    :   We will provided the dust & fume extraction outlet pipe with flange at the top of the mixer cover, to connect the dust and fume extraction system pipe as per your site condition.

DISCHARGE                                   :   Bottom discharge type, there is a  provision for manual as well as Pneumatic system to open the discharging door for discharging the material.

DRIVE                                               :   Below  the  mixing  plate,  a vertical type Gear Box  Redicon / Elecon / New Allenbery make coupled with vertical shaft of the Mixer, Motor is driven by V-pulley and V-Belt.
