The Pin Mill machine is used for grinding various materials to a finer mesh. There are two sets of S.S. discs fitted with a no. of S.S. Pins. The Disc fitted with S.S. pins, set concentrically is fixed with the body of the Mil, l remains stationary and is called the Stator. The other disc with S.S. Pins is fitted with the Shaft, rotates horizontally and is called the Rotor. The Dynamically balanced rotating Disc is fitted with two Nos. Heavy duty Bearings and Bearing Plummer Blocks. Both the S.S. Discs are fitted within a metal Casing. The Machine is driven through V-Pulley and Motor. Air pressure filter bag is provided with the machine.
