Pulverisor
The machine is used for pulverizing various types of material. The material fed into the Feeding Hopper to the Rotary Feeder. The Hammers of the pulverizer in the Grinding Chamber rotates and the fine powder is sucked by the blower through the wizzer cone which sieves and regulates the fitness of the ground product. The over size particles are fed into the bitter. The blower delivers the pulverized powdered material in the cyclone air separator and discharge through the cyclone spout at the bottom of the cyclone. The separated air returns back to the grinding chamber while the excess air are get rid of through the dust collection filter bag. The fine materials are collected in the bag filter.
The body of the pulverizer is made of There is a provision of easy opening of the casing of the body for maintenance and cleaning in the grinding chamber when required. Bitters made of highly Mn. abbresion resistance steel. Lining of the inside body of the Pulverizer is made of Cast Steel Shaft made of EN Steel having accurately machined.double row heavy duty self aligned spherical type Roller Bearings.
